Had a great stay and the best part was the staff working here. Everyone was helpful and excellent. Seema at the front desk was great along with Karishma.

Next to the beach, wonderful view of the ocean and perfect place to watch the sunset. Family friendly hotel. Rooms are good and spacious. Ocean view rooms are perfect to spend time. Value for money and time spent. Food in La-palmera is very good and the wonderful service by Max and Clifford.

We came to visit the hotel for its restaurant. Daniel's mojito was probably the best I've ever had!

The service is rly slow, though the rooms are great and they got me a free upgrade, the service needs to be better. I asked for bottled water a 1:00PM and got them around 5:00PM after a few phone calls and same with the porter, called at 11:45 but they sent him at 12:30. Rooms and breakfast are top notch but soaps and dental were given only after i asked for them soo you gotta work on this as well.

This is my review about the experience in La Palmera Restaurant in Goa. I have visited the place in a number of occasions during my stay, for lunch and dinners. What stands out very much is Max, the manager. Besides being hyper kind and well knowledgeable about food, he is always ready to enhance the experience by providing advices of the food, finding the perfect balance without being invasive. As an example, most of the times I was there for Goan food. He learned that I liked lamb so he arranged that I had lamb chops served out of the menu. This little gesture highlights his commitment. And by the way the lamb chops were perfect and came at the right moment when I needed a rest from the spicy Goan food. Also he has a perfect memory to remember the brand and age of the whisky I drink. Little things make big things. Thank you Max.
