Bogmallo Beach Resort

Location - right on beach with sea view from rooms

Cleanliness - bed linen stink and rooms also are smelly. Room fixture - light switches are not working properly and we had to struggle a lot to get lights working. Staff behaviour - staff is not very polite while talking to guests and service is also little slow.

The AC in the chalet was not functioning properly

We had booked two rooms. Overall the experience was pleasant and the staff was courteous. However, one of the rooms had an air conditioner that was not cooling properly. We reported the issue multiple times and a staff member came to check it on several occasions byt jept on saying that it was functioning normally, even though the AC in our other room was cooling much better. The staff did provide an additional fan as a temporary solution, which we appreciated. Eventually, after several visits, the AC's performance improved slightly, but it remained below expectations. While the stay was otherwise comfortable, the delay in resolving the issue affected our experience.

The hotel team is really helpful and full of eergy to make the stay great. The property is old but maintained, but this is compensated by great sea view and clean beach access.

Bagmalo beach resort is awsome . very comfortable stay here.Every staff member of this beautiful propery .i found very coprative restsurant member govin who suggested food for family . I really love this propety very much.
