Wifi is very weak in that area. But it's a great place to stay

Friendly and with lots of character, excellent fresh fish for supper. Wonderful location. Only niggle was the lack of a bedside table and the difficulty of switching bedlights on and off.

The only Pub B&B in the village, but that’s fine because I found it just perfect. Lovely food and drinks and friendly helpful staff. Perfectly situated for coastal path to lizard point.

Treated like Dirt !!! I booked the wrong date, I booked April instead of March, they refused do anything. They accepted I had made a mistake but their policy was no refunds under any circumstances. They then Lied to me and blamed Expedia, so I spoke to Expedia. Expedia said it was the Hotel policy not ours. Expedia then rang the hotel and they refused to give me a refund, they said if you can't make it send one of your friends. Absolutely disgraceful treatment. I won't stay here if I were you, they will treat you like dirt take your money and lie to you. We still can't believe they tried to blame Expedia, Expedia were very helpful and did everything they could to help us.

Very friendly stuff, nice and clean accomodation, good conditions of facilities, tasty breakfast and lovely pub on the ground floor.

A cornish gem of a pub which keeps the tradition of a friday shout alive. Never stayed before but would recommend it, would have liked an en suite toilet but othrr than that perfect comfortable room great view

Breakfast was lovely and all staff very pleasant, the room was nice but you could hear the pub down stairs. Very narrow roads in and out of the cove
