Casa Melissa - Near Yucatek Divers

Loved this hotel it was literally right beside the beach and less then a minute walk to Quintano 5th avenue . The service was very good - AC was great - extremely clean - staff was excellent - I went for a swim at 8am and the beach was to myself - from my balcony at the hotel i was able to see and hear the sounds of the waves

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Casa Melissa. Very clean, friendly staff. Close very close to the beach. 2 minutes from 5th Ave

Poor internet signal!!!

If you want action… this is the place to be! Located right at the square where all the night action goes on till after midnight…. And daytime you are steps from the beach! The pool is nice and the empty lot next door is green and clean! I refused maid service while I was there just traded towels when I needed them! Still ended up having a bunch of money taken from the safe when I was out! Front desk claimed impossible… of course! I emailed manager and heard nothing! There is do much light and windows to the exterior hallway bring a sleeping mask! My kids were up at 2 am thinking it was daylight! Rock hard beds… basic hotel but location was amazing

The staff very very friendly and helpful only complaint was the elevator stopped working and it was difficult to carry the luggage down the stairs. It is close to the Ferry, too.

There was not hot water

Hotel has direct view to the ocean. Very good location. No parking but parking is organized, they have parking possibility in one parking house near to the hotel.

The property was a great location to the beach But Wi-Fi didn’t work all the time and the elevator worked rarely

The elevator wasn't working , but not the end of the world to be honest!

Nice hotel for the price. Nothing fancy just clean and conveniently located near anything you would need.
