Excellent location lovely host room was large and clean

We have really enjoyed our stay we will certanly be bk we went as a guest and left as a friend room very clean and comy with no noise walking distance of everything you wanted to do beakfast was great all you needed to start your day the owners really made you feel home from home we had 2 single rooms which had everything you need in their

The breakfast was superb as well as the staff. The room was perfect and location is superb with a 2 minute walk to the front, close to a tram stop at South Pier and a Wetherspoons on the corner. Hopefully will be back next year (depending on football fixtures).

Nothing could be improved

The owners are really friendly on arrival and help me park round the back as he ran out of permits. Great location right next to south pier,sandcastle,pleasure beach, room was good and bed comfy great breakfast. Would definitely use the hotel again when I’m next in Blackpool.

Only slight issue is the hot water is a bit temperamental no Issue on first day but during the morning when other rooms showers toilets and wash sink going off. The top floor struggles to get any hot water through the sink but the shower had hot water so that was fine.

Clean, friendly, decent WiFi, great breakfast. Quiet room and in a great location.

Hot water almost none existent in bathroom.

So bad weather big winds and cold freezing outside was happy Easter failed.

Not good happy Easter end.

Property was clean, Billy was friendly and helpful throughout. Lovely breakfast spot on and a lovely little touch Easter Sunday thank you

Maybe worth mentioning the property owners have a cat, it was no bother but I couldn’t have gone in the bar area as I am allergic to cats
