Billy the owner helped me park the car behind the hotel on arrival. The room was very nice, breakfast excellent and only a short walk to the south pier to get a tram. Nothing was too much trouble as Billy was an excellent host. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Great B&B with a perfect location for us as it was near the pleasure beach. Was great to have the car park too so we didn't have to worry about carrying our luggage far. Billy was the perfect host. Thanks for having us, we'll definitely be back.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was lovely and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely go there when we visit Blackpool again!
