Billy and Leah are fab hosts Fantastic breakfast Right at South pier for tram etc

Literally loved everything about our stay our room was immaculate, breakfast was amazing couldn't do enough for us. The host Billy was happy to chat to us him and his partner Leah are amazing we will definitely stay here again couldn't fault it plus the location was brilliant.

So as I have stayed in this hotel before I knew exactly what I was getting. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Blackpool for the pleasure beach. It was a single room with ensuite shower/ toilet. You get the kettle with tea and coffee as you would expect. There is a couple of drawers in there if you need them but I tend to just live out the suitcase. The room itself was clean again I knew it would be. There is a small TV for those that want that but I just connected my laptop to the hotel wifi. It's a quiet hotel as they don't host stag/ hen parties. I was met by Billy on my way in, I remembered him from my previous visit so it was good to see a friendly face. He explained the entry system and breakfast times on the way to the room. I didn't eat breakfast on this visit but I do remember being very happy with it last time and it is included with the room price which is more than reasonable. The hotel is a couple streets over from the pleasure beach which is my main reason to go to Blackpool so very handy for leaving the park. There is also a spar shop round the corner for late night snacks. Velvet coaster round the corner which is a Wotherspoon's pub also very good. It's not far from the main promenade to.

I really can't put anything down to say I didn't like it. I rate this place really well for what I need with the price I pay. So obviously I am going to return here yet again when I am back in blackpool.
