Great peaceful and relaxing stay close to everything, ( pleasure beach etc) pleasant and accommodating host did everything to make my stay nice👍👍👍

Spotless hotel lively breakfast Billy the owner and his partner lovely people wouldn't stay anywhere else in blackpool

Such a beauty well planned space with homely hosts. Breakfast was really nice, I wasn't even expecting anything great considering that it's really cheap. I am very impressed. Also its really clean. The bathroom shower had a fault and Billy gave us access to another room while they sort out fixing it. That blew us away too. Thanks Billy. I will visit again soon.

Central location for what I needed Station , Tramways, local shops and close to Waterloo bar. Good Breakfast asked for extra Mushrooms and got it.

Good value all round for what you need and cost.

Lovely friendly host, the whole place was spotlessly clean. Great breakfast, the bar was reasonably priced. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic location for pleasure beach, South Shore.

Bed position against the wall but understand why with the shape of the room.

Good Hospitality, Friendly People, Helpful Too

Great hotel in Blackpool, lovely little bar, Billy is awesome and there's even free parking - which can't be sniffed at whilst staying for four nights in the 'Pool. Clean and tidy room, comfy bed, no noise at night. It's a bit of a walk down to the Tower, so be wary of that. I was there for a Northern weekender at the Tower and didn't check, it wouldn't put me off staying again though, especially when you're next to the biggest Wetherspoon in England. All in all, a great little stay. Oh, and if you do taxi it, an Uber is four quid from the hotel to the Tower/Town.

Last minute trip. Needed 2 single rooms. Hotel obliged. Ideal fot pleasure beach and sandcastle. Rooms were clean and staff very helpful
