NLThe property was beautiful and felt very much a part of the jungle it was situated in. The gardens were gorgeous and really well grown in. We loved how much private space there was and the design of the villas was timeless. The beach was really well maintained and the sea was also very clean.
The only comment I would make is that by our 3rd of our 4 night stay the private pool at our villa became a little dirty and could have done with having been cleaned on day 2.

FRWe really like the surrounding nature as well as the view on the mountains giving us the opportunity to see the most stunning sunsets! The staff is very friendly and committed to do their best.
With high prices comes high expectations. I asked for a transfer from the airport which started as a nightmare. The daily room make up is very light (even when I specifically asked for the bedsheets to be renewed). The so called « butler » who stopped responding to you as soon as you checked out. I would not recommend this hotel with the current pricing.
