L'Alya Ninh Van Bay

오랜만의 가족여행을 랄리아에서 묵었다 배를 타고 들어가고 나가야되는 번거로움이 따르지만 편안한 휴식을 취하기엔 딱맞는 곳이다 풀빌라에서 묵었는데 개인풀과 침실,거실이 모두 감탄이 나올정도로 훌륭했다 번잡한 호텔이 별로라면 나트랑의 랄리아 닌반베이를 강력 추천한다

We spent 4 days on this gorgeous peninsula resort just north of Nha Trang. We had a beach house which which we shared with our son and his girlfriend. The beach house was beautiful, with its own pool. The bedrooms and main en-suite were spectacular with an outside shower (which I love). The outside has sun beds and an outside cabana facing straight into the beach. The rooms were fully serviced every day. The restaurant provided a good selection of Vietnamese and western dishes and the beach bar, a good selection of delicious cocktails, wines and beers. We were taken to the ‘fish farm’ in the bay where we selected fresh oysters, crabs and lobsters. They were delicious but without doubt the oysters were the stars of the show and easily the nicest we have ever eaten. Thanks to the restaurant manager and chef for accompanying us there. But of course we cannot fail to mention the beautiful Vietnamese staff, so caring , polite, humble and friendly. Too many to pick out individually, they were all fantastic. Special thanks of course to Jayce Dat, our butler who just made everything so special for us and attended to our every need. Thank you so much, we will definitely return

My wife and Ijust finished a two night stay at L'Alya. The facilities are lovely and the staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay there. The location is in a beautiful and relaxing natural area, and the views are just gorgeous. I'm a birdwatcher, so I really enjoyed seeing birds there like Kingfishers, laughingthrushes, bee-eaters, and more. The best part of L'Alya is the dining facility, which offers both Vietnamese and Western food options. The kitchen is run by an excellent chef, and all of our meals there were consistently delicious. We can't recommend L'Alya enough to everyone out there.

Amazing, clean and huge private villas designed in a very descrete way. The butler service, which can be customised, is very helpful and takes care of all your needs and questions. The facilities are all in good condition and the gym has all you need. The beach is accompanied by a beautiful pool and the tranquility is really special. The trails around the resort let you explore the beautiful nature.

Some of the restaurant‘s pricing was a bit intransparent and felt a bit random. We are vegetarians and can only review this based on the veggie menu, the food is top notch!

It's paradise! You won't regret booking here.

The location and style of the rooms is exceptional. The restaurant is okay, the comments about the pricing are not realistic, the prices are still way below the pricing you would get in Europe at the similar level hotel.

1. the staff. The staff was friendly, but when you come to a hotel of such level it is expected the staff is not only friendly, but also professional and ready to go extra mile. In this hotel it is not the case. They made so many mistakes and fixed them only when you suggest the solution, you have to constantly ask for things, they do not do anything themselves to make you feel better after their mistakes. 2. Mistakes and solutions. The rooms are not new, so normal- there are technical problems, first we got a Villa and AC broke down. The staff was so lost they standed in the room with no suggestions on what to do, we had to ask for the room to be changed, we had to ask to show the options and every time they say ,,I have to talk to the manager”, even when manager came even she said she has to talk to another manager, seems like they dont know how to act when something happens and it was not something critical, its just AC its not that hard to solve a problem of such kind.. After they changed our room (upgraded it, because we asked like 3 managers for that) the problems did not stop, we woke up and our pool was without water, we asked to send someone to fix it, once again, the staff was very lost, you have to negotiate for solutions, they will not suggest anything to you.. In conclusion, not professional and seems like not ready to run a hotel of such level. 3. They send you questions before you go to the hotel about your needs and wishes. I would say, they would better not send it, because you fill the answers and you expect they will be taken into consideration. Well, its not the case. They asked, what drinks you want to have in the mini bar, they put the same drinks in all the rooms, deos not matter what you put in (and we know, because after our AC broke down we saw like 4-5rooms and they all had the same mini bar, so why you send a question like that if you will not adjust it?

Un sitio increíble.....un lugar de ensueño para relajarte y disfrutar de todo lo que te rodea, nos hospedamos en una villa preciosa, el desayuno esquisto incluido en el precio y las comidas-cenas deliciosas. La piscina del lobby, la piscina privada de la villa y todos los trabajadores y el director hacen que tu estancia sea inolvidable...el único inconveniente es que llega el día en el que tienes que irte de este lugar maravilloso.
