Breakfast is available from 06:30 until 08:30 from Monday until Sunday. Rooms are cleaned and serviced between 10:00-13:00 (Monday-Friday) and between 10:00-12:00 (Saturday-Sunday). Check-In Time: 14:00 PM Until 19:00 PM Late Fee will be charge 350 ZAR after the given time.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. "Für den Komfort ist es etwas teuer."

Das Hotel hat einen etwas morbiden Charme. Am Pool gab es nur eine Liege ohne Auflagen, musste man nachfragen. Die Polster waren zerschlissen. Es liegt in der zweiten Reihe zum Strand.

"LOVELY STAY - BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY!"

This venue has the most beautiful views - especially from the Top Level! Very good value, indeed! Rooms are also lovely and the sound of the ocean is fantastic! The hostess Elvia, is also very kind and accommodating. I am surprised that is only has a 3-star rating as per Booking.com's review system. It does definitely exceed that.

The stairs to go upstairs to the 1st floor are extremely steep and could definitely be revamped. I did not enjoy those. A little welcome chocolate could also be nice(just as a nice touch).

"So Homey and Cosy, Safe and Real vacation vibes"

Heys from the planning I booked online, and confirmation was prompt. When I arrived aunty Elvina was so kind and courteous. Her hospitality/house keeping team ironed my clothes and were kind and warm. In the morning I had an option for paying in for breakfast which was very filling and fresh. Aunt Elvina also suggested some lovely restaurants to visit. The place is clean smells nice, beds are comfortable it's very Home cosy. Close proximity to amenities but also peaceful and restoring away from noise and night life. Safe environment 😀 😍

Thank you for providing coffee, milk and sugar every day. The clean towels every day is a plus. Will definitely recommend friends and family to stay at Sandcastle.

The rooms are non-smoking, but the smoking area is in front of the room where we stayed. We had to close the door numerous times but could not keep the smoke out. Please consider another smoking area.

"Absolutely perfect..."

Visited with my daughter for the night to go watch Black Coffee at the Ostrich farm. Alvia welcomed us with open arms and was super helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Breakfast was a great add on. The room we booked had a microwave, fridge, etc and everything you need.

The mission to get to and from The Ostritch farm. Ubers wait for you to book priority which costs you double and coming home was super expensive too. Would love to come back and explore Melkbosstrand and stay at the Sand Castle again.
