Breakfast was excellent, very 1970s Decor, you cannot sit on the tiolet properly as some fool place a double radiator to close to the toilet, the shower is a spit in the air and run through situation as the water pressure is to low in room 6, I have to say the room size is brilliant and staff were also very helpful and excellent and clean towels, shampoo and soap was excellent so I would rated the hotel 4 out of 10 , you did ask so i have tried to give this my honest . opinion

"A friendly pub/hotel in central Chepstow."

Very central to Chepstow. Despite being a popular pub our room was quiet. If you don’t fancy eating there, there are several other options including the Italian Il Fiore which was excellent.

Annie and the rest of the team could not be more accommodating. Absolutely lovely and really looked after me while I was there. The room was basic but clean and the bed was really comfortable.

The room was a bit small but still had everything I needed.
