Good position. Breakfast was good. 2 teenage boys had enough to eat!

Room was very tired. Cleaning had been done to a minimal standard. The shower head did not stay up, but anyway the mixer tap didn't work, so water was either scalding or freezing. View of overflowing bins. The woman who served us breakfast spent a lot of time moaning to us about how many breakfasts she had to do, and what an in convenience on Sundays it was to have to do breakfast and then lunch. Really great way to make your guests feel valued...You get what you pay for I suppose. £99 for 2 with breakfast apparently gets you tired, grubby 1970s sub-standard.

Not enough parking, no hot water

central location and i found the staff was very good

think rooms needs updating especially the toliet

Clean & comfortable.

Corridor smell. The property's in need of full decoration.
