The Beaufort Hotel

Breakfast quality was poor Rooms outdated with marks on walls Single glazed windows Heating not on until early hours

Brilliant staff doing their best in a tired hotel - we were well liked after and the breakfast in the morning was perfect to fuel us for our long cycle north

Our 4th stay here, 1 night with the girls central location, always managed to get parking, great staff and good breakfast

Toilet flush not great, had to wait a while before each flush and when in a triple room that's not great

Location was excellent for us and close to the local attractions. The staff were great and very accommodating. Onsite parking was a bonus.

Not a didn't like - but an acknowledgement; that it's an old hotel that has it's own creaks and noises and is quaint but a Premier Inn it isn't. But we still enjoyed our stay.

Hyggelig, behjelpelig og serviceminded stab. Svært god walisisk/engelsk frokost. Fin og sentral beliggenhet i Chepstow.

Det meste var svært bra. Badet var litt kaldt og trekkfult - men ikke noe vesentlig problem.

The staff were nice. The tiles in the bathroom looked new and were very clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good and the poached eggs were cooked perfectly.

The bedroom was small and dingy. The view from the bedroom was awful, grey concrete and derelict buildings. The bathroom hot tap had a top missing and the shower had a strange broken part where you would normally push something down or up to get the taps to run into the bath or to make the shower work. The bar upholstered seats were horribly stained.

Excellent location. Nice staff. Free parking. Good bar and garden space

Mattress had seen better days. Rooms a little tired but, for me, location, parking, bar and good staff are more important.

It was a fabulous location with stunning views from the balcony. Really friendly welcome from Jenifer and her beautiful pets, I had a truly enjoyable stay
