Armada hotel is the best an peaceful place to stay for short or long is so comfortable, staff are wonderful

I recently stayed at the Armada Hotel Malate, and it was a huge letdown. My last visit was over 8 years ago when the hotel was in great condition, but it’s clear the current owners haven’t invested any money into it since then. The neglect is evident everywhere: the floors creak, cracks are visible throughout, and the curtains are old and shabby. The bathrooms are even worse, with mold on the ceiling, and the TVs are outdated. The buffet breakfast is a joke, lacking variety and quality. To make matters worse, the first room I checked into, 1208, had such a terrible smell that I had to request a transfer. Unfortunately, the new room, 1108, wasn’t much better. The owners of Armada Hotel Malate should be ashamed. This place is in such poor condition it should be featured on Gordon Ramsay’s Hotel Hell. I wouldn’t even board my dog here. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The towels have holes there's no bath mat in the room, and the receptionist doesn't look presentable.

Nice bed, spacious room and friendly staff.

TV is old and the view at the bay cannot be seen due to the blockage of the building which is under construction.
