Ramada Encore by Wyndham Belconnen Canberra

It was fine but past it's glory days.

Although there is a major building construction right next door it wasn’t too loud or invasive. Very quiet at night. Excellent access to the new food hall across the street. Biggest room and bathroom we have had in years!

TV and air conditioner not easy to operate.

Definitely needed maintenance on the unit we were in. Lights not working. Some rubbish not collected from previous occupants.

Great facilities and convenient location

The room was fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer room. The staff were friendly. All in all, 10 out of 10. I will certainly book there when l go to Canberra next

Photos supplied on booking site did not match actual room. Room was very old and dated, and we were not advised of construction next door.

Property was dated in decor and requires refurbishment. Dining room closed. Staff always considerate and helpful. Hotel very convenient to Canberra central and attractions. Our suite was spacious and although very basic, was comfortable and adequate for our four nights stay.

The property was in a poor state. Room smelled of body odour and Lynx. Horrible. If it wasn’t so late I would have gone somewhere rlse
