"Hotel part was great but pub was a let down bar staff need to be more polite to customers especially the lady behind bar"

Rooms were spacious and had everything you needed.check in was good nice guy very helpful.

Wasn’t told renovations were taking place. Had lunch in bar food was nice. But lady behind bar wasn’t very helpful and seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was rude.
