Arzo Hotel Manila

The staff are kind and approachable. From the housekeeping, security guard, front desk staff, supervisor and Kusina staff, they are all doing a great job.

I liked that it was close to a mall (where we spent most of our time on day 1) as well as Font Santiago. Also the staff were nice and cooperative.

I guess there was a cockroach infestation when we stayed there, because even when we changed rooms (twice) we still found plenty of cockroaches in the room as well as bathroom. Another thing I didn’t like was the windows, as the glass was so thin and you can hear the street noise very clearly it made it hard to sleep.
