Panareti Coral Bay Hotel

We had a car and it was a great base for exploring, but would be quite far out without transport.

The sauna had to be booked an hour in advance - when we tried to move the time up from when we booked it we were told it wasn't possible (even though we were giving more than an hours notice). There was a lot of work being done to the property while we were there which was quite noisy.

I only choosed that hotel because I saw that the airport shuttle was in the price and I saw the reviews but was hoping people were overreacting. Because I was with my 3 year old child and our plane was arriving at night I knew he was sleeping and the hotel with airport shuttle was the best option, so I thought. But the airport shuttle didn't came so I was in the airport with bags and a sleeping 3 year old looking for a taxi what costed 80 euros.I arrived and the room was dirty, there was 10 degrees in the room it was freezing I was afraid my child might get cold, because of the cold temperature, it was like a slum hotel there were bed bugs everywhere the staff was really rude they offered breakfast only toast and flakes, and the waitress touched it with bare hands, it was unsanitized and needs a heath inspector it there, my child took one spoon of chocolate cereal what he normally he wants to eat a whole bowl and told me it tasted badly, the pools were closed, the children playground was out dated and in the room was very old stuff. I booked for a week, left the next day the receptionist didn't say sorry of the bed bugs she said why were you in that room, you didnt book studio and then siis she saw that I wanted a room with bath and said yeah you can go away. Still looking for my refund from booking, I haven't been this horrible hotel in my life and I have traveled at least 30 times to different countries. Hoping to get the money back soon as possible. The hotel dont answer me and dont want to give back for the days I weren't there. Going there was THIRD OF BIGGEST REGRET IN MY LIFE.

The hotel has been taken over by the bank and closed for 3 days I made the booking the day of the stay. The pool is drained the store closed. Fights between security and old owners. The electricity went out.

The property had gone into receivership and was closed. The receiver was still there. We were only booked in for one night to attend a birthday party. As it was we ended up going back home after a couple of hours as we had no suitable accommodation available.
