I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was spacious, clean, and had plenty of storage space. There was a large, built-in desk with an office-style chair, which was lovely as I needed to do some conference calls, and a sizeable bathroom with a full bathtub. The staff was lovely, start to finish. I had booked last-minute, and then extended my stay at the last possible minute, and they dealt with it graciously. Both the reception staff and the ladies who maintain the hotel and manage the breakfast area were polite, welcoming, and professional. Lastly, the location was perfect; just opposite the promenade. Highly recommend, and would gladly stay again.

Reception staff were very helpful, excellent choice for breakfast, and the sea view room was fine.

Could have done with two chairs in the room rather than just one but didn't ask for another one as we were only staying one night.

Die Lage ist super. Parkplätze auf der Straße für 2,50£ pro Tag. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer funktional ausgestattet. Wir hatten nur zwei Duschtücher. Keine extra Handtücher, kein Fußtuch. Frühstück okay. Insgesamt hat das Hotel aber doch sehr gutes Preis-Leistung- Verhältnis.

Fenster undicht. Erstens kommt so die Kälte rein. Wir fanden das Zimmer dadurch sehr kalt und ungemütlich. Im weiteren war es am Freitag bis Mitternacht sehr aut, da Leute im Pub unten (hinter dem Haus) gefeiert haben. Wir fanden den Teppich im Zimmer und eigentlich auch alle im Flur etwas eklig, da sehr abgenutzt. WLAN ist frei, wir hatten aber schlechtes Signal.

Great location, the place was really nice and for the price it was great. Staff were lovely and breakfast was really nice they had everything for a full English breakfast. Will definitely come back.
