Lovely clean and welcoming.

Didn’t like being sat in a corridor away from dining room. I understand you have to have a separate area for dogs but we have never been separated like that before. Usually just an area within dining room. Felt like we had been put in the naughty corner. Also our room had a sea view however lots of scaffolding was up so spoilt view and there was discarded litter and a dead pigeon there. I know nothing could be done about the scaffolding. But there was no mention of this when booking nor when we arrived.

The friendly, helpful staff. The shower was great. Fantastic value for the price we paid.

The lack of parking. Road noise. Could barely see the sea due to misted/dirty windows and scaffolding.

"Great location, great staff. Hotel needs renovating desperately"

Central location & staff were extremely friendly & helpful. 👌

Needs renovating. Windows couldn’t close in the corridors or our bathroom. Was very very windy & so cold. Need more pillows on the bed too!
