Sehr liebevolles, kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub über Pfingsten in Zermatt und haben uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Check-in und Check-out liefen hervorragend, es gab eine kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The hotel is located behind a busy street, which makes it a great place to stay away from the crowds while still being conveniently situated. It is only about a 10-minute walk from the station, and electric taxis are available right in front of Zermatt Station. The room was clean, although not perfectly spotless. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and warm throughout our stay. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop area, where you can enjoy light snacks while taking in the beautiful view of the Matterhorn. They provide a delicious breakfast for guests.

The lift is very small and can only comfortably accommodate two people with small luggage. The towels were placed on a heating rack, but unfortunately the rack was quite dusty, which was not very hygienic. Aside from this issue, the stay was pleasant, and I would still recommend this place.

The Hotel is really easily reachable and only a few steps from the main street. We were able to check-in early, which was much appreciated. The breakfast featured a reasonable selection. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The blinds in the bedroom are great, but kind of missing in the bathroom. Due to the glass door between bed- and bathroom, the room was too bright too early in the morning. Similarly the window in the bathroom wasn't soundproof, which meant that you hear the river all the time.

Very close to the main market. Midway between train station and cable car. Can see Matterhorn from the window!
