The staff are not friendly.

I loved how cute and and easy to use was. The rooftop patio had a great view of the Matterhorn and the location of the hotel was just off the main road so there wasn’t a lot of foot traffic passing by. Also the breakfast spread in the morning was phenomenal. One of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve seen offered.

The beds were slightly too firm for me. I have bad hip problems so they weren’t the best for me but my boyfriend loved the bed. So it really is to each their own. Also this isn’t the hotels fault at all but the construction was a little unfortunate, but we did have a good warning ahead of time.

Rooftop space with seating and view to Matterhorn. Amazing! Room was clean. Appreciated having a lift

I liked the room with two windows on adjacent walls, the very large closet, and the bathtub shower combination. The breakfast and bar is cozy.

The hotel name is high up on the end of the building and I walked right past it up the hill and had to backtrack

O quarto é o banheiro são bem confortáveis, porém a janela do meu quarto dava para uma escada bem próxima não sei se de um hotel ou Airbnb, só sei que as pessoas subiam as escadas pareciam que iriam entrar dentro do meu quarto, não dava para deixar a cortina aberta, qdo cheguei estava nevando e nem deu para curtir muito esse momento. O hotel tem roof top bem legal, com vista exclusiva para Matterhorn, porém um local bagunçado, tudo amontoado. Uma coisa legal é que se vc não deixasse o quarto para limpar ganhava um drink por pessoa.

Qdo cheguei lá, uma recepção super apertada, um funcionário atendendo com maior descaso, preocupado somente em passar as regras do hotel sem se preocupar se foi compreendido, mesmo eu não falando a língua local. O café da manhã extremamente fraco, não havia ovo mexido somente cozido e esse mesmo funcionário que toma conta da recepção e do café da manhã disse que lá eles não tem cozinha para preparar ovo. A limpeza da meu quarto estava ok qdo cheguei, porém entrando da recepção que é minúscula me deparei com vários sacos pretos tipo de lixo só com roupas de cama e banho tudo espalhado, dava uma má impressão.
