"Barely tolerable"

I know it's Zermatt and everything is ridiculously expensive. And travelling solo there weren't many places I could afford. But this hotel was at the threshold of my tolerance. In addition to not liking the hotel, I was unlucky enough to have neighbours who partied until 3am, shouting and with loud music. No staff were available to complain.

"Good stay but the guy in the reception spoiled the mood..."

our stay at Less Petit charme was good with two people to be appreciated for their warmth...Alia and Nichola.....the other guy in the reception Norbert

the other guy in the reception Norbert ....was very rude,arrogant, disrespectful, haughty and what not...he said he'll throw us out if we don't go out of the bar at 8.10pm on 5th May night...I've not seen such a guy in switzerland or any other country...he's not fit for this hospitality industry...

Отличное расположение вблизи вьпойнта на Маттерхорн, у нас было даже видно ее из окна. Понравились завтраки. И вообще все было на высоком уровне.

Bom cafe da manha

Nao trocam as toalhas, iluminação do quarto baixa. Sem cadeiras ou mesa. Pouca informação. Custo alto para o que oferece. Da estação até o hotel e subida. Se vc quiser cafe oy cha durante o dia cobra. O sabonete do hotel resseca a pele
