Nice, comfortable hotel, good breakfast, poor gym.
Breakfast was not ready at 7:00 am My family and a group of people left at 7:40 still no breakfast. I asked front desk to talk to a manager, she said managers are off on Sunday. Nothing she can do cook did not showed to work. I expended $800 pesos some where else in breakfast. Very disappointed.

Great service. Pool was small, but served its purpose. For the price, you can't go wrong. WalMart across the street. Beef stockacade and La Mansion steak house about 50 feet away. I would recommend it to anyone staying in San Luis. Some things you should know: No safe in the room, electrical outlets and electricity in general only works if the key is placed in a key holder.
I got instruction how to accept Wifi, but somehow it was not connected successfully.
A most pleasant and sophisticated oasis. We really were warmly welcomed even though we arrived very late. Super clean and fantastic breakfast too. Five stars for sure!!!
Ups: very new hotel. Staff very helpful. Breakfast ok. down: next to the motorway (not close but you can hear the noise of motorbikes in particular) My room was supposed to be part of a larger room, so there was a door opposite to the bed separating the 2 rooms. It was like my neighbor was in my room..... poor.
The staff went out of their way to make sure that my first visit to Mexico was great. I don't speak the language, and had trouble understanding the money, the staff was very helpful. They ensured I got on the correct shuttle bus, and made sure my taxi driver had the correct directions.
From room assigned to me On top of reception I could hear most of the loud laughs at the lobby. Also, thsi could be hte ONLY hotel in SLP, charging for parking while plenty of space. It small charge - but no reason for that charge. It amy be OK for one night, it is clean, but I may not withstand several days into there.
The staff was awesome and very helpful and made my stay a 10 out of 10 Thank you
