The staff was very friendly and help me a lot. It was difficult to connect to Wifi, but finally got it. The broweser says the connection denied, but actually is was connected.
The only big problem that I had was that part of the reason that I picked this hotel was the complimentary breakfast and it was unavailable both days I stayed offsetting any savings I Thought I was getting
Visit was for business. Stay was for 5 days and 4 nights. Room was very spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Employees were very friendly and helpful if you had any questions.
Clean and easy to get to.
Can't get s any better for the price it's a great deal. Nice, clean, modern luxuries only found in expensive houses, like glass enclosed showers. Stuff somehow out of touch. Towing a car they forgot to validate ticket, had to leave truck at the exit gate and walk all the way back to the hotel, leaving other people waiting.
Very comfortable beds. Quiet too. You will get a good nights rest.
The hotel is a bit difficult to find, since it is behind a Courtyard by Marriott. Next problem: They do not accept cash (effectivo, in Mexico) in payment for the room. I brought cash because I have had credit cards compromised in Mexico and never use it there. But the hotel was nice and near a couple of good restaurants. Our choice was la Mansion. La Quinta has upgraded their hotels; we stayed in three on our way back to Missouri and they were all very nice.
I will be returning to this hotel on my next trip through San Luis Potosi. It was very nice, 4 star quality! Very good breakfast with eggs, refried beans, chiliquiles, fruit, juice, coffee and more! Walmart is across the street with a Sirlion Stockade in front of the hotel. Much better than other hotels I have stayed at in this city!
New hotel with a great location and price, only breakfast service. Beware the hotel don't provide the service of international calls. Clean in general, but the bathroom smells weird. Thin walls, so it can be a problem if you have a loud neighboors.
Hotel is practically new, Only complaint, bathroom a little small compared to sleeping area.
