We had a great stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort! Big thanks to Ahmed Ali at reception for his very good welcoming and for upgrading our room — it was such a nice start to our trip. The hotel is lovely, the beach is amazing, and the corals are absolutely beautiful. The food was tasty with lots of variety, and everyone we met was super friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back!

My only recommendation would be to add a bit more entertainment

Absolutely amazing resort with the most friendly, helpful Staff. The food at all meals was truly well presented and tasted even better !! A huge thank you to Exec Chef Gehad El Din Mohamed and his team for their wonderful display of culinary skillls !! Of course the waiting staff couldn't do enough for us, Thank you Captain Ahmed Hamdi and your team for making our dining experiences delightful !! I really can't recommend this Resort highly enough ! See you all soon...

Ottima posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Personale davvero gentile e cordiale, in particolare Kadry si è occupato della pulizia della nostra camera e si è reso disponibile ad ogni nostra necessità. Buono anche il mangiare e ottima l organizzazione della struttura per le escursioni.

La struttura mi è piaciuta molto, unico suggerimento l’animazione serale un po’ da migliorare per i giovani, vengono fatti tanti spettacoli ma poca musica per ballare.

The service was exceptional. The hotel kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a better room, which was a lovely surprise. A special thank you to Ramadan and Ahmed who handled a minor reservation confusion with professionalism and kindness — they resolved everything quickly and made us feel truly welcomed.
