"We enjoyed our stay at the play, there were just minor hiccups"

We liked the balcony and the safety of the place

The fact that we had to wait for someone to assist us after we told them at what time we’ll be arriving, we had to miss our rugby game which we paid a lot of money to watch at DHL, because there were a miscommunication. The lack of toilet paper, we had to buy extra and I feel like the cleaning fee must have been add to the total amount and not added extra

The Location was perfect, and the accommodation was nice.

The Key handover process caused delays. The cleanliness was not up to standard despite paying excessive cleaning charge. The walls need painting and cupboard doors aligning.
