I loved everything about the apartment

Convenient space and location. Decent view over the canal. Good parking.

It felt s bit mean not to have a few basics to enable us to use the dishwasher and washing machine.

Layout was good, it was clean and comfortable.

One of the roller blinds was broken and did not open. This was pointed out on arrival. It meant the apartment was dark during the day. It didn’t cause a massive problem as I was out during the day but would have spoiled the stay had I been in the apartment more during the day. The fact that this was a known problem and had t been fixed was annoying!

The location of this property is it's only redeeming quality.

Such a disappointing experience... we were so excited to stay here and it turned out to be such a let-down. The unit was surface clean, but half an hour later the soles of our feet were filthy. There were stray hairs in the bedding. The patio was too filthy to spend any time on, so the outside space we paid for was useless. There were no hand towels in the bathroom and NO WATER from the bathroom basin tap?! We had to brush teeth in the kitchen sink!! The washing machine was lined with black mold. The hair dryer had exposed wiring and was a hazard. But that's honestly all irrelevant compared to the blinding incompetence of the property management company, Propr. There simply isn't enough space here to list all the astonishingly inept actions of their staff, but they include entering the apartment without our permission while we weren't there; contacting us after we vacated to insist that we collect luggage left behind - luggage that wasn't ours and wasn't in the unit while we were there; and also contacting us before 7am on a Sunday morning - TWO DAYS AFTER WE CHECKED OUT - to ask where the keys were that we left in the postbox with the help of building staff. Astounding. We genuinely regret giving these people our hard-earned money, what a waste.

It was close to everything The main bedroom side has the view to the harbour and canal nice

Be battled to find it first The 2nd bedroom window us in the passage quite noisy and u could hear the highway at the back I would replace the carpets, not very clean :( Kitchen utensils are old no coffee mashine, its such a lovely big place
