Great location Easy check in and out Comfortable apartment Will definitely book this again when back in CT Owner is reachable and quick to respond. Had a good stay Security on the ball and helpful

More attention to be given on the cleaning side. Cleaners definitely taking short cuts Dust issues, carpet was not cleaned properly Washing machine cupboard is full of dust

Location was good

Place was dirty Linen and towels were dirty and stained. Place is not well maintained or cleaned properly. Could not even you the outside furniture it was so terribly unclean. For the price of the place it was not up to standard

Quietness and sereneness of the property. The location was was very close to my conference venue making it very easy to move around I also love the assistance by the concierge and the security team

Internet was very slow at some point.
