Room is big, free car park

The staff is not that friendly

I liked the location of the property. We frequented the V&A and it we did not have to spend so much on Uber rides. I also liked the fact that it was generally central to almost every place we went to. We could not have chosen a better apartment for our stay.

I wish the Wi-Fi could connect from the bedroom. Having to be in the living room to get connected to the Wi-Fi wasn't so pleasant.

Location Clean Suited our needs

Check in . Told them numerous times when we were checking in . Arrived no one there . Let them know we were there heard nothing till they turned up. Then check out they said they couldn’t find the keys . Luckily we took photos of where we had left them and the concierge told us that’s where they were left. TAKE PHOTOS. Also bathroom lights were out needed changing, but you can’t help that

Location was good for the V&A. Modern clean apartment .

The constant noise from the seagulls and the time restriction to walk along the canal side (the gate was closed at 8pm)

Location was excellent. Apartment was great.

Check in process. Able to drop bags early into room but went to check in at 3pm we had to chase them up to get in. Waited another hour.with reception staff having to ring owners.

Canal quay is where tranquility of Cape Town is we really enjoy.our stay there everything was excellent.
