Excellent hotel. First class all the way. Staff spoke fine English . We ate in the restaurant several times and the food was wonderful.

The hotel and rooms are lovely -help is great. This property is in a bad area where u can’t really walk anywhere.

It’s our first time in Siem Reap, and the Privilege Floor at Borei Angkor exceeded all our expectations. From airport pickup, our personal concierge, to breakfast, everything is perfect. They even grant us a late check out to accommodate our flight schedule. Will definitely come back and will recommend to anyone looking for affordable luxury in the heart of Siem Reap.

Very helpful staff who made our stay very enjoyable. Nothing was too much for them to organise for us. The rooms were very comfortable. The driver for the hotel was excellent and the guide they arranged took us on a great day to Ankor Watt and the other temples Short tuk tuk ride to the town centre which was fun.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay during our visit to Siem Reap. We stayed 3 nights at Privilege floor by Borei Angkor. The hotel it self is magnificent from the lobby to our room. The interiors are amazing. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The balcony city view is refreshing. The staff are very nice, top excellent service. They are very courteous and helpful every time. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Pho soup every morning? Why not. I got a massage service done & frankly I wasn’t that impressed but still was good experience. I wrote my thoughts on their feed back form. The next day manager himself set me another another to make up for the first one and it was great! She was their best masseuse they had. That was really thoughtful of them. Overall, they are really ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Resort Hotel! I will go back and will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We take vacations to disconnect, to recharge and to reset our internal battery. However, one of the most important goals in a vacation is to create a memory. My family had the privilege of sharing our short stay in Siem Reap at the Borei Angkor. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi that delivered us from the airport we were immediately greeted by staff who worked to assure us that our cares were an ocean away. The rich wood tones of the decor and sweeping lines in the architecture work together with the impeccable cleanliness to both inspire and relax you. Nothing, however, will surpass the appreciation we all shared for our host Keo. She sat us down and asked about our plans and went to work immediately making arrangements for everything from activities to meals. Undaunted by our dietary requirements, Keo called restaurants to ensure that our needs as vegetarians would be sufficiently met. From the opening moments of our stay to its close we were cared for with warmth and consistency. Never before have we chosen a place that was so difficult to leave. As we drove away bearing gifts bestowed upon us by hotel staff with a half dozen or so waving goodbye to us, my wife vowed that we would return. I believe that we will.

The absolut highlight was the awesome staff!!! From reception desk at the Privilege Floor to the breakfast staff. Very friendly, helpful and serious in what they are doing. We had a great stay. Breakfast buffet was amazing as well. However, the friendly staff was the best experience and for us one more reason to come back to Cambodia!!!!!! Thank you.

Beautiful Hotel, excellent staff. We arrived early (12pm instead of 2pm), but checked in without any issues. Staff were very courteous. But how they name their packages could be improved. We booked the "Premier landmark king with B&B" thinking it came with a car and driver (it didn't). But their "Premier landmark package" does.
