THE PRIVILEGE FLOOR by Borei Angkor

The check in was difficult, it took 15 minutes before the reception could confirm that I had a reservation. The safe in the room didn't work. I tried to get somebody to fix it, but nothing was done until the following day when somebody came over to tell us that only a few key on the entry pad worked. The second day, one half of the area around the pool was not available as tables were set up for a special dinner. As expected the other side was fully occupied and we could not find a seat. The place is noisy from the doors slamming in the hallway. One day, there was extreme noise coming from the city. We could not leave the outside door opened or use the balcony. When we asked the reason, we were told that there was a funeral.

The Privilege Floor at Borei Angkor is all you could ask for. A personal butler who will arrange for tours, taxis, any amenities you need. The food in the speciality restaurant is delicious and the service is attentive but not intrusive. I can recommend the Privilege Foor unreservedly.

Lovely welcome by the staff. Very helpful and fast responses all the time by the staff. Angkor Wat etc is so impressive, and this hotel made the trip perfect.

Terrific Hotel / Resort. The service was amazing. The food was excellent. The pool area is beautiful and was a focal point of our time at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and we do plan to return again. Special thanks to 4th floor desk - Moni and Judy - awesome people. Also Chef Man provided us with a Khmer cooking lesson and private feast...highlight of the visit. Ask for Chef Man by name!

I thought we'd be staying on the Privilege Floor but we were a floor down. The room was nice but nothing special. Breakfast cooked to order on the top floor outside on the balcony was special, however.

Excellent hotel very attentive and efficient staff. I would like to make it special note of these following staff. 1) The Manager of the restaurant... Miss BORA 2) The Privilege Floor Manager.... Miss JUDY. This is a hotel that goes out of its way to make your holiday comfortable. We will definitely be coming back again.

Amazing luxery hotel! We were treated like royalty. This is a beautiful hotel with top level resteraunts, spa, shopping, concierge services. Upon arrival we were greeted by one person in particular who said he was our personal contact throughout our entire stay. Andy was exceptional at his job. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgable about the area. He helped us book tours, taxis, tuk-tuks, and personally returned an umbrella we left in a taxi. Great location, not too far from the airport with free shuttle service. Close to Angkor Wat, markets, old town, and other attractions.
