THE PRIVILEGE FLOOR by Borei Angkor

The Privilege floor by Borei Angkor is a fantastic place to stay in Siem Reap. The decor/interior are grand and luxurious in the traditional Cambodian style. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Our room had a super king size bed, a balcony and a large ensuite bathroom with a freestanding claw-feet bath tub and a powerful shower. The air con (an essential in hot and humid June) worked so well that we would wake up in the morning feeling a little chilly! We experienced impeccable service by all staff throughout our stay, but would like to particularly mention Judy who went above and beyond to change our room for our last night due to noise outside the hotel (a local custom that happens at unpredictable times). The buffet breakfast had a wide range of options to suit most tastes, was freshly prepared and good quality. The hotel arranged a tuk-tuk to take us to the temples at a very reasonable price and we were pleased that this gave us the added assurance that the driver was reliable and wouldn't leave us stranded! The drivers were all so friendly and helpful, despite often limited English. All in all, we were so impressed with the Privilege Floor at Borei Angkor that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and others.

The staff are very friendly and very polite, making me feel at home. They helped us to book for our local massage, show tickets and restaurants. They also patiently explained to us all the questions we have about Siem Reap. The room is clean and well kept. The pool is big with many beach chairs. I like the jacuzzi and steam room. Good to relax in the spa after visiting for one day. Food in the cafe are tasty and comes with many varieties. Food served at 4th floor restaurant are nicely presented and tasty.

We absolutely loved staying here, like a home away from home but better! The incredible friendliness & hospitality shown by all the staff through all departments was amazing. Loved the swimming pool & pool side service. Enjoyed having the buffet or Damnak Lounge as breakfast options both have delicious offerings. We will recommend to family & friends.

This is the 3rd time i have returned in 5yrs, 2 in the past month, Overall a great hotel with beautiful decor and very attentive staff, The rooms are large and we stayed on the privilege floor which came with breakfast and a complimentary dinner for 2 and return airport transfers, The staff are very helpful in organising anything but just need to correspond with each other as we had to double check everything, We did move rooms because of fuel smells coming from aircon unit something that needs updating i imagine, This time there was construction noise from around the swimming pool due to renovations something that we should have been told beforehand , Overall a good experience and would return again in the future.

From an impressive lobby resembling the Aria in Las Vegas to the beautifully appointed rooms to the unbelievably attentive service, I am happy to give the Privilege Floor my highest recommendation for lodging in Siem Reap. The staff took care of all of my requests and arranged a variety of tours with incredibly knowledgeable guides. (One other tour guide told me that he regarded my guide as a mentor.) On-site breakfasts were very good. The on-site team had uniformly strong language skills that made it a pleasure to stay here. It’s a 5-minute Tuk Tuk ride to the far noisier Pub Street area. Good water pressure, strong WiFi, and quiet at night. If you’re looking for a resort-style experience, you can’t go wrong here!

We definitely go back if we have a chance to go to Siem Reap again. Pro: The service were excellent from the beginning till the end or I would say from picked up till dropped off. All of the staffs were very helpful and friendly, always available to help or answer all the questions that we had. I would recommend any staffs who available since they all have a very warm welcoming but Reena was our host, she was very friendly and she also made sure we get what need it and feel like home. The breakfast were great, and had so many varieties which were hard to make decision...lolll Facility very nice and clean. Well decorated and very traditional kind of vibe. Cons: The elevator and some areas of the facility were a bit hot. Overall we were very satisfied and feel like all penny well worth it.
