THE PRIVILEGE FLOOR by Borei Angkor

There's a service desk at the elevator hall of this floor. Staff are there for entire day to take care of guests. I could ask them to book for my spa reservation, transportation to airport.

The property was fantastic, staff was amazing, the breakfast buffet was over the top. Only complaint was construction noise at pool, even on a Sunday afternoon!

Gorgeous decor and 5 star hospitality. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathtub is divine.

Very clean and safe . The Privilege Floor staff were very helpful , especially Judy who organised tours were wonderful .

It was ok, not the cleanest or nicest.. my bathroom si k didn’t drain during my stay. I figured the maid would have noticed and had it fixed but no ... some other missed cleaning details as well that I won’t mention. They are trying to be a deluxe resort especially with the “privalege” foot but falls short. There are better for the same price. I won’t return

Great location and hospitality. The staff was very helpful in suggesting places to eat and other activities. Overall, awesome experience at Anchor Wat complex and Siem Reap.

This was the most amazing and wonderful hotel! Besides being incredibly beautiful- the privilege floor is a dream come true! The staff was superbly professional, helpful, and kind! Reena- one of the personal staff on the floor- was fabulously kind and wonderful. She helped us with all questions and took care of us like family. If you go to Siem Reap- I recommend staying at the Angkor Borei on the privilege floor. This was our 2nd time in Siem Reap and there will definitely be a 3rd or possibly 4th!

Overall ok hotel. Restaurant dinner menu could be better. Also help by front desk staff could be better.

Nothing unique. Poor staff service. Privileged Floor does not seem privileged . Private party caused much late night noise throughout hotel. Hotel did apologise.

It was very clean hotels Excellent service. Delicious breakfast. Good value
