The pool is really nice. There are plenty of lounge chairs.

I am so disappointed in this hotel. An error was made and I was charged for a second room on a night I was there due to a booking error. When staff approached me about an additional reservation at 8:00 AM on the day that the second reservation was for, I informed them that it was a mistake and I did not want or need the extra room. I was told they would look into it. I told them to cancel the extra room but was charged as a no show! The customer service is terrible at this establishment! Stay elsewhere!

I’ve been to over 50 countries and always want to indulge on accommodations. This is one of the most exceptional places I’ve stayed and I’ve paid more than 20 times the price for the same value in other countries. I probably should not say this as they might increase their rates, but you get so much more than you pay for, from service to the food, to the facilities. Truly an exceptional hotel!!!

Good pool Rooms rather old, rather frustrting only to have one electric socket to reccharge phones, ipdas and cameras Location not great as a bnusy industrial road but there was always a tuk-tuk ready for a short ride into town

Top notch service 24/7. Everyone is kind and helpful. The value cannot be beat. Andy was our favorite.
