Windsor River View Inn

I had a room with balcony and river view. Central location in historic Windsor .

A bit dated and strong smell of cleaning agents

The location was close to a nearby pub as well as other eateries as well as the Sunday markets. It had a wonderful view of the river and a decent sized balcony.

It wasn’t fully clean. My bedside was sticky. The headboard above the bed was dusty. The pillows were very soft but we asked for more and they were provided. The bathroom fan was very dusty and it needed a little more work.

Used soap in shower. Noisy air conditioner

Location and staff. Bed was comfortable.

Microwave was very dirty. Limited kitchenware - 1 coffee cup, 2 dirty glasses and 1 teaspoon. Had a weird smell. Aircon was soooo noisy and switched on and off very loudly that it disrupted sleep.

The staff were helpful Beds were comfortable

Very run down, poorly maintained and very much in need of updating. Cleaning could be of a higher standard

Location to where I needed to be the following day.

Rooms were tidy but very noisey with the AC from rooms around me.
