There was nothing good about the property. 1 star was lowest I could rate it otherwise I would rate it Zero or even minus. We stayed in Dec 2025. Booked for 2 nights but could not last more than 1 night. This place is health hazard. Reviewing this place so we can save someone else their money and health. Check its reviews on other websites. Google, Trip advisor, and others. Not sure why booking.com does not show the real picture of it. Search for windsor motel on trip advisor for its review before it possibly changed its name too. Some old fella at reception, as rude as possibly someone can be. Told us that $20 fees apply for late check in. Room smelled like sewer, bed bugs, unhygienic, we could not sleep and actually got sick. No cutlery or anything. Possibly sets the bottom benchmark for accommodation industry. Requested refund but they denied. Later we found out that we were not alone. Google reviews showed real story. Motel was operating under a different name, read somewhere about illegal activities on premises in past, bed bugs, rat poo in multiple rooms, people getting sick and other horrible stories. Someone reported fishy business and spot for hookers. People have complained about blood stains on beds, absolute filth, getting skin rashes, health issues and what not. read reviews on trip.com, trip advisor, google and other places. Turn on 1 star reviews and you will not what you dealing with. Multiple people were denied refunds and people slept in cars overnight as they couldn’t stay in the room. Same excuse for everyone, come tomorrow to talk to manager. Overall unhygienic, toxic environment, dirty, foul smelling and no service. And forget about refunds.

Our room smelled like someone had vomit there. Other room smelled the same when we walk past them. Later we figured out that smell came from our bathroom. Awful smell in the bed, could not walk through hallway as it smelled so bad. Mouldy, musty, overall grime, bad smell, damp odour, general filth, smelly rooms. The staff room across smelled really bad. May be its was not cleaned for years and thats where all the laundry and storage was, so you get that on your bed then. There were traces of bed bugs and ticks on the bedding provided. Even the receptionist slept on the floor and next day I heard the staff talking about bed bugs and why they sleep on floor overnight not in staff accommodation. We complained about everything and the guy just sprayed some room freshener ans asked us to keep the aircon on. We asked for new room and they said it’s fully booked. We said can you change room tomorrow, they denied tok. Next day we said we need to leave and refund us for next night, they denied all together. As we couldn’t sleep through night, we booked another accommodation else where. Then they said we can give you another room which was not available till last night. Manager was not willing to talk over the phone even. We respectfully asked our money back and we got told that they will call police if we harass them. I think he Possibly need to complain Work Health and Safety department as it is health issue to stay on this place. We could feel the filth and smell of that place even after we left the place. We complained to booking.com and even they could not help. I mentioned that the that I will call health and safety as it is a serious health concern to make people stay in such a plave. They did not care and said that is management issue. I can write lot more but I believe this should be enough to help other ls make right decisions.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Staff not very friendly. Was made to provide a $100 holding deposit. Cleaning staff walked into our room without knocking well before check out time. Linen was clean but old and thin. Only 4 pillows provided for 3 people. Deck was dirty with old furniture. Air con noisy.
