Excellent location with 5 min walk to the beach but far enough from noisy beach pubs. All inclusive food and service was excellent. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, et tenons à souligner la qualité de l'accueil. Un grand merci à Maria, toujours souriante et parlant plusieurs langues, qui a su gérer avec efficacité et gentillesse l'extension de notre séjour suite à une annulation de vol. Elle a réussi à nous éviter un changement de chambre, ce qui a été très apprécié ! Concernant les repas, le choix est vaste, bien que l’on sente qu’il pourrait y avoir un petit effort pour monter en gamme. Cela dit, le personnel de salle est vraiment agréable, même en période de forte affluence. Un grand bravo à Santiago, toujours souriant, ainsi qu’à d’autres serveurs dont nous n’avons pas retenu les prénoms. Mention spéciale également au chef de salle à l’entrée, très chaleureux à chaque passage. Sur la formule "All Inclusive", quelques bémols : les alcools sont très limités, essentiellement vin et bière pendant les repas. Ce serait plus agréable d’avoir une limitation raisonnable, mais avec un choix plus varié d’alcools, accessible aussi en dehors des repas. Par exemple, un système de comptabilisation des consommations via la carte de chambre serait plus adapté. De plus, l’information fournie avant le séjour ne correspondait pas à celle reçue sur place, ce qui a pu prêter à confusion (voir photo ci-dessous). Malgré ces petits points d'amélioration, nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour, surtout grâce à la gentillesse et au professionnalisme du personel.

Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut. Vorfallen Abendessen super. Aber Mittagessen war weniger gut.

I been in different Riu resorts Cancun, Punta Cana, Costa Rica.......moor I don't like one thing hotel is all inclusive but you have to pay for beers at pool every where 5 euro except in buffet you have right only for 3 free drinks, I have to buy Beers from outside to drink cost 2 Euro. The music in night is not good . Another issues and very very important to all visitors the most ATM machine is scam !!!! You must visited the Cathedral and city Palma

Sehr ruhig trotz Ballermann in der Umgebung.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Allerdings wurde in den vorherigen Kommentaren bereits die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern bemängelt ( mit Antwort des Betreibers, dies zu regeln ). Leider wird das anscheinend ignoriert. Auch in unseren beiden Zimmern funktionierte die Klima nicht wirklich gut. Es ist zu heiß im Zimmer. Essen war ok, jedoch wird die Kleiderordnung nicht durchgesetzt. Das Hotel wirbt u.a. mit einem Billardtisch, Minigolf, Beach-Volleyball Parkplätze etc. Davon ist leider nichts zu sehen. Alkohol muss extra bezahlt werden, das weiß man aber erst, wenn man angekommen ist und steht nicht im Inserat.

Essen war nicht so gut. Wir sind aus anderen RIU Hotels eine bessere Qualität, sowie vorallem vielfältige & abwechslungsreichere Auswahl an Speisen gewohnt.

The room was OK, towels small, need cash for a beach towel, food was excellent, absolutely outstanding, poolsnwere ok, indoor pool closed, hot jacuzzi was just warm, cold plung pool was just slightly cool. Door key useless, 5 changes in 4 days and reception blamed me, i switched pockets and bags to no avail. Not near phone or bank cards just kept failing. Area is busy with german youngsters, but well behaved, would recommend 40s people stay nearer the airport.
