Hotel Riu Bravo - 0'0 All Inclusive

My Adult daughter and I enjoyed our 4 day stay. There are many large groups of young German guests (many of whom stay in the hotel) who party all day and night in the area adjacent to the hotel which I would describe as the German equivalent of Benidorm or Magaluf. We did hear noise till 10.30 pm and then when the young people were returning to the hotel in the early hours although this was not prolonged. There are very few English speaking guests although this was not an issue. Our room was perfect with the exception of our balcony which faced a very high concrete wall therefore we had no sun or view and it rendered it unusable. We asked to move (willing to pay for an upgrade) However there was no availability. Cleanliness and food both excellent

Hôtel magnifique, Personnel fantastique de sympathie, de courtoisie et de serviabilité. Rien que ça, ça vaut de l'or. Nous avons été aux petits soins dans cet hôtel et c'est, semble t-il, la devise de cette chaine. Hôtel très propre, les repas sont très bien, (un peu moins le midi) Nous avons testé le restaurant aux spécialités espagnoles et celui des grillades. Nous avons mangé de manière excellente ET dans le calme. Le restaurant principal est assez bruyant du fait du grand nombre d'allemands. Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour. C'était notre 1er séjour en hôtel RIU. A l'avenir, s'il y a un hôtel RIU dans le lieu où nous nous rendrons, nous réservons dans cette chaine.

Personnel désagréable à l’accueil, facturation de frais supplémentaires pour un bébé malgré ma contestation… très très déçu de cet établissement… Bcp de bruits dans l’espace commune hôtel non adapté pour les famille avec un enfant de moins de 2 ans

Kid's room wasn't and it should be. Even like biljardi table or something like that. Dinner i found something hard stick inside my desert. I tell it to waitress after that no-one come apologise that situation or even tell about what it was...

El hotel esta bien ubicado cerca de la playa, cuando nos asignaron la habitación, todo parecia correcto hasta que nos dimos cuenta que la television no funcionaba y la ducha dejaba la habitación llena de agua, por otro lado al Ser un todo incluido 0,0 eso quiere decir que no sirven "SIN PAGAR" bebidas alcohólicas excepto en las comidas y cenas que sirven vino y cerveza, no es un todo incluido como se conocen ya que esta muy limitado

Accessible easily by bus and close to the sea. Many shops around in case you need something.

Dejligt hotel tæt på flot sandstrand. Mange tilbud på hotellet, pools, spa, fittnes, indendørs pool, gode solvogne og venligt personale. Maden lidt ensformig. Var dog mange yngre gæster, som kom for at drikke i byen og noget larm.
