L’établissement est parfait. Prestation culinaire au top, calme avec piscines et chambres excellentes Il est situé à 12 kms de Palma, des bus passent régulièrement pour se déplacer pour la somme de 2€/personnes. Malheureusement les rues autour de l’hôtel ne sont pas à notre attente, bars pour les Allemands qui sont dans esprit festif bruyant (chants, cris etc ..)

Buona pulizia.. Colazione ottima.. Un pò meno pranzo e cena .. I dolci lasciano a desiderare..Mancanza di lingua italiana nei cartellini del cibo peccato visto che ci sono molti turisti italiani..

Great hotel ! Very convenient to everything, very friendly staff and very helpful in all requirements! Very clean ! Delicious breakfast with variety of food, lunch and dinner are okay, and there is lots of great restaurants around. Beach is just 5 minutes walk. Very affordable price. Alcoholic beverages at the bar also at very affordable prices. We loved our stay there ! Thank you very much for great service, we had amazing time.

The good: Hosts were nice, took their time to explain questions and staff at the hotel were very nice. For all inclusive, I thought the food was great, really cant complain, I mean lets be honest you wont see lobsters or caviar but there was one night where they served shrimp, which was amazing. I saw some bad reviews about alcohol, so beer and wine is included only during lunch and dinner and there is a limit though I never had anyone questioning why Im on my 6th beer glass. Hotel is in quiet area and we slept well. The bad: I think the rule with towels is the dumbest rule. When you take a towel or towels, you have to give 10 euros for each towel and they will provide a receipt. When you return towels, they will give you back cash with a receipt, we took 5 towels and of course I lost one of the receipts though they were going through Copies and did not find in their records either, just a silly system, should really be charged to the room instead of tickets, felt like we were living in the 80s. The main issue though is they provide exchange of fresh towels only next day in the morning so if you went to the beach or were at the pool and want a fresh towel you have to wait till morning. Im sorry but this is the dumbest rule, this did not sit well with my wife and they exchanged it on the spot but I think they should really rethink this policy.

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable. Le personnel est charmant. Je regrette seulement de ne pas avoir pu goûter davantage de cuisine espagnole.

This is not an all inclusive property as they advertise, parking is not available, only street parking If you can find one spot. The pools are not designed to handle the amount of people staying at the hotel, and the water wasn’t clean in appearance, we were never able to enjoy the pools. The food is good though. Our AC didn’t work for the entire stay even we requested their assistance several times

It is good located and the staff was very helpful & polite. Hotel needs some renovations and the entertainment could be better. Shows were not the best and they were extremely short. Food was ok but more options for kids would be great.
