"Comfortable and acceptable but..."

Location and new managers excellent

The room. Bed too soft, Basin broken. Kitchenette tap broken. Walls patched up and paint didn't match. Lack of care.. ie bed base around the wrong way. Too many electrical lights in the room at night, air con, TV, TV box, clock made the room too light at night

Changed towel and topped up coffee on random days. Some days both, some days neither, some days just coffee top up.
