Beechtree Motel

Good location, clean..

The staff we're unhelpful and condersending they took a long time to get the main tv to work. When working finally once switch off didn't work work again.The second TV didn't work at all.We understand there are new owners perhaps this is causing problems. The motel next door was one of our top stays when in taupo last. . Stay away a great deal and have usually had great experiences.

We arrived at 7pm and the staff upon arrival was friendly. The motel is across the road from a little retail area so we were able to get takeaways on our first night, which was a bonus as we didn't really want to search for food after a long day on the road. The best thing there was a café too, so coffee the next morning was handy. We felt location was great as it was fairly quiet, we slept well after our journey. The shower was great, instant hot water and great water pressure. My daughter loved the bath.

We were in unit 18. The tv was not working properly and needs checking. Otherwise all good.

Easy find, nice clean room, big bath and comfy bed.

The spa didn't work, the heater didn't work so it was a cold night. No milk in the fridge.

I travelled with a disabled person and we were placed into accommodations that filled that requirement well.
