Hotel Riu Palace Palmeras - All Inclusive

Very good hotel. Fantastic staff who really went the extra mile for you. The food could be more daring. Lacked a little depth in the food. Gets 4.5 from me because the following was missing for 5.0. More varied food. There was a lack of paper/towels in the public toilets. You never refill wine from the left side.

Overall lovely hotel, cold in the night but blankets supplied to watch show, balcony rooms lovely bit noisy from neighbouring hotel across road in night but abke to sleep.reception staff restaurant staff all very helpful pleasant, food good little repetitive some days but plentyfull

We visited this hotel from December 29th to January 22th. We will not go to this hotel in December and January again. During the day excellent but in the evening not a warm area to drink and be entertained. Both the entertainment centre and bar are open to the elements on one side. People sat with blankets and overcoat on. This maybe was worse New Years Eve celebrations we've attended. It was so cold even with coats and blankets. Please consider enclosing bar and entertainment centre in winter months. TUI should make people aware that ski wear is recommended for evenings at this hotel

The hotel room was small, but the view to the sea was astonishing. The food was excellent, the staff very friendly and the hotel area was nice and quiet.

I and my wife stayed in the Hotel Riu Palace Palmeras for a week's vacation. The hotel looked nice when booking, but the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean and quiet and beds were comfortable. Pool area was nice and there were enough sunbeds, even though the best spots were reserved by towels early in the morning. Food was good and lots of choice, wines were ok, but we would have hoped for some options, even with extra charge. We didn't attend the evening shows every evening, but the ones we attended were nice, the Il Divo tribute magnificent. Overall, good value for money.

This Riu all about quality.The staff were excellent as was the food.The gardens were a highlight as were the heated pools.We had a top floor with excellent sea and Maspalomas dunes views.The resort itself is trying to regenerate and needs modernisation.However the Riu Palace is worth a visit particularly for the outdoor serenity and the female resident singer who was wonderful.The evening entertainment was mixed but be sure to catch Tina Turner Tribute & the Ethiopian Aero Skaters.Rooms we’re small for a Riu Palace compared to the Mexico/ Jamaica,but well maintained and met our needs 🥂

Die Trolleys von Putzpersonal am Morgen (ziemlich lärmigen). Angebot an wellness oder Spa ist nicht vorhanden.
