The heritage of the building, the cleanliness and well-maintained building. That we could look into the different ballrooms and see the inside, extremely quiet, pool and gym included, location, and all the staff we encountered were super friendly!

Restaurant was closed on a Sunday, no in-house option for breakfast. Would have liked continental breakfast options when the in-house restaurant is closed for breakfast

Restaurant was excellent for dinner after arrival. Reasonable prices. Breakfast was great except untrained staff hung out in back room talking and did not pay attention to customers needs. The room was good - glasses, keurig, ceramic coffee cups, bathrobes.

The bed was soft and lumpy. They need to upgrade mattresses!
