"Everything I could have hoped for in our stay for a quick business trip"

We love the feel and charm of the 1920's era building. The location is perfect if you want to be in a quiet, relatively safe part of downtown Spokane. The staff were kind, gracious and knowledgeable. They definitely make us feel welcome. Our room was very clean, comfortable, bright and had a very large bathroom. We'll definitely hope to stay again.

We arrived a little later due to the distance from Omak, so the restaurant was closing within 20 minutes of our arrival. That was the only disappointment for us. We did have dinner at a local restaurant just across the street, which had very tasty options!

Everything. It was a lovely experience and it wasn't nearly as expensive as other hotels in the area. Less cost for an arguably better experience than other hotels.

Everything was great. No issues at all.

I love the history of the hotel.

I wish I didn’t have to pay to park my car in the garage- or I wish the charge would be $10 per night- not $18.
