I loved this hotel. I was so glad that I didn't pay double the price to stay at the Marriott. I loved the incredible gym and smoothie bar. The people that worked at the front desk were so helpful and nice. They made me feel like a member of a private club, not a customer.

Location is good, rooms are comfortable

We arrived early - around 1:30pm. As expected our room wasn't ready however the gentleman at the front desk was very rude. The lounge signage indicated it opened at 2pm, however the server said it wasn't until 3pm and 2pm was only for members. We've stayed there many times and both of these interactions were the only time we've been treated poorly. The girl that eventually checked us in was very nice and helpful.
