Clean hotel and good location, strong wifi but very uncomfortable bed and there rarely seemed to be staff around. We knew we weren't able to check in until 3 pm but were hoping to drop off our bags and explore the city when we arrived at 12:30 but there was no one at the front desk at all, we even called the front desk an hour later and no answer. No fridge or safe in the room and the mirror was not located near any power outlets making it difficult to do your hair. When we did see staff they were always very nice and friendly. Not a bad hotel but I wouldn't stay here again. 3.5/5

"No 32 Hotel. "

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. It’s in a great location in Haymarket area, within walking distance to the major attractions and shops. We arrived at 3 pm and were greeted by the concierge and checked into a lovely room.

Manish at check in was amazing. But we wont recommend this hotel because of the other front desk person. He was rude and made us feel uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel. More like a B&B, charming. It is a bit of a walk to the Royal Mile but that also means that it is a lot quieter!

It was in a lovely road,close to everything we needed. Our room was on the top floor,without a lift,lots of stairs to climb .Also continental breakfast was a bit of a let down.No cheese or meat.Not everyone wants to eat cake for breakfast!!

room was huge ( room 2)..hotel was uniquely decorated....classy..staff were so friendly...especially monica...and menesh(excuse the spelling). he was so helpful at check in and gave us loads of time and information...hotel is a lovely ten minute walk from princess street

"No 32"

No 32 was a lovely find in Edinburgh. Close to Haymarket station. The owners were welcoming and very polite. Room was very well equipped. Bathroom had a good shower. Beds were comfy. Only stayed one night but would go back. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Lovely stay
