Hotel Riu Palace Tres Islas

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The room was amazing. i can't rate the restaurant staff enough, they worked so hard and always so polite, especially the lovey young men you have working for you. We will definitely be back.

Great stay at the hotel, stunning pool and beach views from the room, food of a very high standard, plenry of variety, the staff so good, always smiling and helpful. Plenty of Sunbeds, although most taken by 0800, towels down in the dark most days. Entertainment great, and bar service of a high standard. We will be rerurning definately. Only niggle was that during the dining expience the staff threw the plates and cutlery into the trolleys, which was deafening most days, so avoid any of these areas in the restaurant.

It was the most terrible hotel I have ever seen. We read the reviews and decided to go. The hotel is extremely old. Renovation has not been possible for more than 50 years. The walls are cracked, the elevator trembles and shakes, the doors are broken. Ventilation system doesn’t work right. It’s very cold at night, the furniture is damp, the bed is damp. Heating doesn’t work. Old musty smell everywhere. We asked for an extra blanket and were given old damp rags. The windows don’t close so the wind blows constantly. The furniture has been eaten by insects and there is a lot of rust in the bathroom. It’s not at all clear who writes positive reviews. It’s wasted money. There is a TUI office in the hotel. That is , this means that the TUI employees know that the hotel is in disrepair and people cannot be accommodated there. We were disappointed in TUI. The only positive thing is that the staff are professional.

The staff are so friendly. The hotel is very clean. The food was amazing. Superb salads and hot food, was hot! Beach is just beautiful with a Carribean feel. Rooms in need of updating , but this is happening shortly. Half board drinks shouldn’t be served differently from all inclusive, they are both equally purchased. Will return. Thank you.

Been a guest at this hotel since 2007 so very familiar. All of the staff always helpful and any requests catered for .

Another wonderful stay at this magical hotel! Service outstanding as ever with special mention to Pedro who seemed in control of everything and also to Agapoti and his trainee Christian who never seem to stop still serving making up and clearing tables ensuring the guests had all they needed! Pool bar staff were very attentive as were the towel control men! Hopefully back there before October but if not next May here we come! Best ever hotel.

Just returned from a lovely relaxing week here on a half board basis. As previously mentioned, the hotel is a little dated but again the hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The meals were great, something for everyone with Cava served on ice at breakfast. A vast array of fruit options as well as breads/cakes/pastries/yoghurt’s as well as hot food options. The pools are clean and the evening entertainment was low key which suited us. The bar on the beach was great with very generous alcohol measures. The weather was mixed during our stay and the room got a little cool at night. However extra bedding was available in the room. Overall, pleasant holiday.

A great weeks getaway! Service and staff were brilliant , couldn’t fault the food and I’m gluten free everything was clearly marked up . A few people we spoke to said the hotel was a bit dated and , yes maybe in places but it was spotlessly clean and well kept . All the staff were friendly helpful and worked really hard . Our only fault was we only booked a week not a fortnight! Thank you Rui we will be back !
