Good food and staff. Nice and clean.

Cold rooms, no blankets, everything clean but very dated.

This was the 1st time at this hotel. It started off badly with our room above the entertainment area. They were very good at changing our room. The staff are very friendly. The food wasn't very hot and not much choice. It was right on the beach which was good. Wouldn't go again as it wasn't quite out preference.

This hotel is in need of an up date, all rooms and walk ways to the rooms have carpet. No swipe keys or codes for safe you use actually keys. Mini bar top up is every two days I understand that, but believe water should be daily, quiet frustrating to get back to your room after a day out then have to go back to the bar to request water, this should be a daily replacement. All staff on on all levels are very attentive and very happy and kind, the hotel is pleasantly clean no complaints, food is good and what you would expect at an all inclusive hotel. One allacart not great if I’m honest starters were a bit weird no back ground music so no ambiance. One pool heated slightly lol the other freezing cold, the beach is stunning you have to pay for the beds. Only evening entertainment nothing during the day which if that’s what your looking for it’s perfect we didn’t mind, but know it’s not for everyone. Overall had a great trip good price, would go back for a short break for proper RR. Thanks

The hotel is a little dated but well looked after by the staff, the food is a decent standard and is replenished regularly. The pools are good with one slightly warmer than the other, and there are usually sunbeds available. The beach is fabulous with miles and miles of sand. As it was out of season the guests were generally quite elderly and just used the time to chill as there were no activities during the day. The room was a decent size and cleaned daily. If there are downsides, there is nothing around the hotel so there are no evening strolls after dinner, Corralejo is a 9 and euro taxi ride away for shopping, there are no daytime activities for those who want to be busy although there are tennis courts. There is entertainment in the evening with Flamenco and singers, and a special mention to the soul duo that had plenty of people on the dance floor. As I was recovering from illness this break was just what I needed.

Unfortunately we were robbed whist on the beach. However, your reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and thoughtful. We will be returning later in the year(mid September) We even got most of our stolen items back
